MIRA is an online print studio. When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean MIRA. You can reach us at hello@mira-art.com.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email to confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil it, we tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices are in US dollars and include the print and any frame you choose. Shipping is shown at checkout and is free on orders over $75. Sales tax is added where it applies. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never see or store your card details.

Each print is produced after you order it. Small variations in colour and texture between screen and paper, and between one print and the next, are part of working on paper and are not a fault.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will help chase any parcel that goes missing. Details are on the shipping page.

You can return an unhung print in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged or faulty prints are replaced free of charge. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer law.

All designs are owned by MIRA. Buying a print gives you the physical print, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
